Q: Can we customize product? What cost will be included?
A: The product can be customized. However, TFT LCD module has different tooling cost which includes FPC, Touch screen, backlight, bezel and so on.

Q: Where can I get the datasheet, initialization code, product drawings, test reports and other technical files?
A: Please contact our sales and we will provide any files if you need.

Q: Do you have products in stock? How long will it take for delivery?
A: Our inventory is mainly raw materials, semi-finished and a small number of finished products. After payment, sample available in stock will be sent within 3 days; Small batch delivery takes 2-3 weeks; Large batch delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Our sales will serve you these details before shipping.

Q: How to control the quality of products?
A: Our company has a professional quality team, and all products are 100% inspected prior to ship.

Q: How long can you guarantee for the quality?

A: Usually we will guarantee for 12 months. However, when never you got a problem and need help. Just tell our sales and we will try our best to help you. You become our customer one day, you are our customer fowever.
